Frank Reite
CEO
Frank held executive positions at Aker from 1995 to 2004, overseeing and developing Aker investments within seafood and shipbuilding, including Norway Seafoods, American Seafoods Company, and Aker Yards. He subsequently headed the Glitnir Group in Norway and has been operating director at the private equity fund Paine & Partners, US. Frank holds a BSc in Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Management (BI).

Audun Stensvold
CFO / Investment Director
Audun joined Aker’s M&A team in 2006. Prior to this, he worked as strategy and finance consultant for Selmer, and as a financial analyst for DnB NOR. Audun holds an MSc in Business and Economics from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH).

Per-Ola Baalerud
Investment Director
Per-Ola Baalerud joined Converto Capital Management in 2010. He holds an MSc degree from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne and an MBA from the Norwegian School of Management. Mr. Baalerud has previously worked as investment director on Aker ASA and with product and business development in Kværner. He has also been a strategic consultant in Booz Allen, investment director in Kistefos, EVP in Western Bulk and CEO in Aker Oilfield Services.

Niclas Ljungblom
Investment Director
Niclas has long experience from management consultancy Booz Allen Hamilton where he led strategy studies and performance improvements for a number of major corporations across Europe. He has also worked closely with the PE industry in Europe and been involved in multiple transactions. He previously acted as MD for a private equity-owned major consumer goods company. Niclas holds an MSc in Business and Economics from the Norwegian School of Management (BI).

Morten Hofstad
Investment Director
Morten has experience within offshore and shipping from Bourbon Offshore and Eitzen Maritime Services. The last three years, Morten has worked with corporate finance in Glitnir and Union, and has advised in a number of larger transactions in Northern Europe. Morten holds an MSc in Business and Economics from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH) and ITAM, Mexico City, and has completed officer training in the Norwegian Costal Ranger Command.

Øyvind P. Einarsen
Analyst
Øyvind holds an MSc in Financial Economics from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH) and UNC Kenan- Flagler Business School . During his studies, Øyvind interned as financial analyst at Færder Securities and as management consultant at Arkwright where he worked on a number of strategic and financial projects.

Eirik Fadnes
Financial Controller
Eirik joined Converto Capital Mangagement in August 2010. He is a State Authorized Public Accountant. He holds an MSc degree in Business and Economics from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH) and an MSc degree in Professional Accountancy from the Norwegian School of Management (BI). He has five years’ experience from Ernst & Young, where he worked with clients within shipping, finance and real estate.
